Admission Procedure

All admissions to the various courses of College are made as per the guidelines of Kannur University. Application for admission to the College should be submitted only in the prescribed form available in the College Office and the Website. Normally, admissions are done only once in a year in the beginning of the academic year.

Admission and Withdrawal

Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the college office on payment.

The Principal/Manager reserves to himself the right to reject admission to any student, if applications are incomplete in any respect.

Qualifying certificate and mark list, once deposited, will not be returned except when the student leaves the college. Hence they are advised to keep sufficient numbers of attested copies of those documents.

Fees once remitted shall not be refunded.

HOW TO APPLY MANAGEMENT QUOTA

Option 1

You can collect application form from the College office and submit the duly filled application form along with Rs. 250 for Management Quota.

Option 2

Print the application form, fill-in the required details completely, affix recent color passport size photo and send it to the following address

Candidate should send print out of Kannur University Online application along with this application form.

The envelope must be subscribed with the words ‘APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION UG – 2021-22’.

Last Date of receiving the filled-in application form at the office is according to the notification and announcements of Kannur University.

Candidates are requested to visit the official website of the University for notification and announcements. The prospectus is subject to modification/addition/deletion as may be deemed necessary by the University.

Checklist of documents enclosed:

  • Duly completed application form with photograph
  • Print out of Kannur University Online Application form.
  • Self attested copies of mark lists of the Plus Two / equivalent examinations.
  • Self attested copies of certificates to prove claims based on reservation (caste), Children of ex-service personnel, etc.
  • Self attested copies of relevant page of SSLC to prove age and date of birth.

Candidates who wish to avail of bonus/weightage of marks for SPC/NSS/NCC shall produce the self attested copies of relevant certificates.
